5. Client Responsibilities

• Not misuse or abuse the inquiry system

6. Prohibited Activities

7. Fees and Payments

SideQ may charge fees for certain services. Payment terms between clients and providers are established directly between those parties. SideQ is not responsible for payment disputes between users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on SideQ, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SideQ or its content suppliers. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant SideQ a license to use it in connection with our services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SideQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by providers, nor do we guarantee that providers will perform as expected.

10. Limitation of Liability

SideQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any services obtained through it.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SideQ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.
